Over the last 14 years, we've had the privilege of serving the Spring community through health and
fitness. In that time, we've welcomed people from all walks of life-some with years of training behind
them, others just starting their fitness journey. No matter your background or experience, there's a
place for you here at Redefined Fitness.
Still, from time to time, someone walks away before giving us a chance. They hear "CrossFit" and
immediately think: It's dangerous. I'll get hurt. My doctor said not to. And we get it-those fears are
real. But they don't reflect what we actually do.
Here's the truth:
CrossFit can be unsafe-if you let your ego lead the way. That's why safety and
sustainability are our top priorities. Every new member begins with our personalized OnRamp
program. This is a series of one-on-one sessions designed to help you learn the movements, understand how classes work, and identify your personal strengths, limitations, and goals.
Our experienced coaches observe and take note of things like your range of motion, balance, strength, flexibility, coordination, stamina, speed, and power-all key elements of fitness.
CrossFit might look intimidating at first glance, but our OnRamp exists to bridge that gap. Once you
complete the OnRamp, your coach will help you decide whether you're ready for group classes or
could benefit from more one-on-one attention.
But the support doesn't stop there.
We don't expect anyone to finish OnRamp, jump into group classes, and magically see results.
That's why we schedule quarterly check-ins - real conversations about your goals, food logs,
additional training opportunities, and progress tracking. Our coaches are here to walk alongside you,
ensuring you're getting the most out of your training, nutrition, and recovery.
Every week, our programming is intentionally varied. We combine elements of gymnastics
(bodyweight movements), weightlifting, and cardio in a way that may look random-but it's not. Every
workout has a purpose. You'll gain strength, improve your stamina and balance, enhance your
mobility, and yes-see visible changes in your body composition. In short, you'll become more fit.
We believe CrossFit is the most effective, scalable program out there to help everyday people
