CrossFit (Functional Movements) is a fitness program designed for all ages and fitness levels. We focus (in order) technique, consistency THEN intensity. Our program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

CrossFit classes are designed to be broad, general, and inclusive. We constantly vary (always change), functional movements, and perform them at high intensity. The workouts elicit a maximal neuroendocrine response from your body by taxing it to its core with a variety of multi-joint, full-body movements.

We define fitness by an individuals ability to perform the 10 general physical skills:

  • Cardiovascular endurance

  • Stamina

  • Strength

  • Flexibility

  • Power

  • Speed

  • Coordination

  • Agility

  • Balance

  • Accuracy

We rotate a 6 day on and 1 day off model which means that each day every week will be something different.
