STEP 1 - FREE TRIAL CLASS

Join us for a free “no hassle” intro class where you’ll get an understanding of not only how a class is ran from the warm up, workout and cool down, but you’ll also get to meet some genuine people just like you who want to move well, live healthy and enjoy fitness. The coach will tailor the workout to fit your needs so you get a great workout without feeling the need to perform movements you aren’t familiar with. Anyone can do CrossFit and our goal is to prove that to you.


STEP 2a - SQUARE 1 - $200

If you are new to CrossFit or functional fitness then you must go through our square 1 program.

Square 1 is 5 - one on one sessions with a coach to break down each of the 9 foundational movements as well as allowing the coach to asses each of the 10 general physical skills. Any and all corrections with movement patterns and loading will be discussed for your safety so that you’re injury free and able to enjoy the process. If after those 5 sessions you and the coach still feel you need more one on one work then we will discuss the next step at that time.


STEP 2b - Free “RISE UP” MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

We want to ensure that you get the highest quality of care throughout the entire process and beyond.

During your 5 - one on one sessions you and your coach will meet once a week for a month for a total of 4 meetings to review your nutrition log that we will aid you in filling out. Your mentor will also assist you in filling out our goal setting questionnaire to keep you on track with manageable, specific and attainable goals. Once the first month is up, you and your mentor will meet every 90 days after that for the duration of your membership to help you along your journey. You will schedule that with your mentor at your convenience.
